Nelson / Perez Family moved to the Jefferson boarding Facility in the Willamette valley in 2011 from Scio Ore.  The new ranch is located close to town and Interstate I-5. The barn has a large indoor arena and outdoor arena. The Ranch was in the past called KeyVale and is now known as NPRanch.

We have 7 family member living at the ranch so almost alwas some one here to keep a eye on things

The 3 men spend their time maintaining the facility, conditioning their horses.

The 3 lady and one young girl spend much time keeping the Facility clean and safe, feeding, work, caring for animals.

we are a full service, Boarding Stable horse facility offering more than forty years experience.  We specialize in caring for your horses, breaking colts.  Our emphasis is always on the  happy horse.  Beginning riding lessons are available.  Our goal  is to have a great, safe facility we can share

 11 acres of land with a private 300 GPM well provides excellent water for the barns as well as irrigation for the fields.
There is a separate well for the house.
The soil is well drained sandy loam, there is no clay on the property
